We handle a significant number of transactions and assist our clients throughout the process. We deliver agreed elements promptly and accurately, while at the same time respecting the client’s own team and skills, including the possibility that there may be elements of the transaction which the clients will be handling themselves, e.g. for cost reasons.

We advise on both mergers and acquisitions, including transaction planning and structuring, due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, and transaction financing and implementation.
