Our advice includes negotiating and preparing employment and management contracts, incentive schemes, employee benefits, competition and customer clauses, employee inventions, holidays and illness, data protection, changes to terms and conditions, warnings, terminations, dismissals, lay-offs, severance agreements, legal status in the case of company transfer or bankruptcy, employee representation and discrimination.
