Venture- and capital funds

Venture investments are characterised by small investments with high risk, and by terms which reflect this. We have extensive experience within this market, both from the investor and the founder side, and we know what works in practice. Such investments are unable to bear high consultant costs. We adjust the processes and terms to make the transaction as simple and easy as possible.

We provide advice in such areas as term sheets, investment agreements, ownership agreements and management contracts, including competition and customer clauses and incentive schemes.

In relation to capital funds, we primarily advise on the execution of investments in private equity funds, co-investing, including negotiating ownership agreements, advice to portfolio companies and the preparation of exit processes.
